HUD is building infrastructure for RL training data and evals for frontier AI agents, with a marketplace connecting data providers to frontier labs. The company has raised $15M from top VCs and was part of YC W25. You will own HUD's outbound pipeline end-to-end, responsible for targeting, enrichment, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking. Your core challenge is finding and selling to technical buyers—ML engineers, AI researchers, and engineering leaders at frontier labs and enterprises—at scale. Unlike traditional SaaS, these buyers respond to someone who understands their technical challenges, why their current eval pipelines are broken, and how HUD solves their problems. Key responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining GTM workflows (outbound email sequencing, CRM automation, lead scoring, custom tooling, inbound qualification) - Using AI tools aggressively to 10x output (e.g., code scrapers, workflow automation, internal tools) - Developing messaging that resonates with technical buyers - Quickly learning prospect businesses and understanding their pain points - Tracking pipeline metrics and optimizing conversion at every stage - Working closely with founders to develop and refine the GTM playbook as the company scales The company is ~25 people, mostly full-time in-person but open to remote candidates with 70-80% time zone overlap with San Francisco or Singapore. The team includes 4 International Olympiad medalists, serial AI startup founders, and researchers with publications at ICLR and NeurIPS. HUD has 8 figures in funding and is scaling profitably to meet strong demand. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated ability to build and run a GTM motion with real, measurable results - Strong track record of closing deals - CS or engineering background, or extensive side coding experience - Deep familiarity with GTM tooling - Strong written communication that technical people respond to - Early-stage startup experience with ability to work independently in fast-paced environments Strong candidates may also have: - Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or ML/AI products - History of building outbound systems using Clay, Apollo, or custom automation - Familiarity with RL (environments, evals, benchmarks) - Evidence of creative, high-leverage pipeline generation approaches The company prioritizes technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience.
