BitSight is hiring its first GTM Engineer to design and build the infrastructure that automates and scales the company's go-to-market motion. You'll sit at the intersection of engineering, data, and revenue strategy, connecting and automating the systems that sales, marketing, and customer success teams rely on daily.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and integrate AI-native GTM platforms and tooling, making build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions
- Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows using LLMs and agentic systems for account research, call analysis, personalized outreach, and internal tools
- Design and maintain GTM automation workflows for enrichment, prioritization, and sequencing that scale without manual intervention
- Own system integrations across Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Snowflake, and Claude to ensure clean data flow
- Engineer data quality and governance pipelines for validation, deduplication, and enrichment that teams can trust
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales and RevOps leadership to translate business problems into technical systems
- Treat pipeline generation and conversion as engineering problems—test hypotheses, measure results, and scale what works
- Document workflows, integrations, and logic so others can understand and extend them
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years in technical business systems, GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or related applied technical roles
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Hands-on API and webhook experience connecting disparate systems
- CRM depth, ideally Salesforce at admin/dev-level configuration
- Fluency in GTM concepts: ICP definition, lead scoring, pipeline metrics, attribution, sales process
- Experience with workflow/automation tools (Clay, Workato, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent)
- Builder's mindset—prefer systems that compound over one-off campaigns; comfortable with ambiguity
- Portfolio of shipped work demonstrating measurable impact (response time, conversion lift, hours saved)
- Landscape fluency in GTM AI tooling ecosystem
Bonus: data warehouse/BI experience (Snowflake, Looker), LLM/agentic workflow deployment, Salesforce certifications, cybersecurity background.
