Tremendous is a global platform enabling businesses to send payouts to anyone, anywhere. Trusted by 20,000+ organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way, the company is profitable, growing independently, and operates as a fully remote, documentation-first culture.
In this GTM Engineer role focused on marketing, you will design and build agentic workflows that automate high-leverage marketing problems across the full campaign lifecycle. You'll integrate LLMs, workflow automation tools, and low-code capabilities to create solutions that span product marketing, design, content, and demand generation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and deploying agentic workflows across campaign ideation, execution, and analysis
- Evaluating and piloting AI tools for marketing, then operationalizing successful solutions
- Building automated reporting pipelines with the Data team to aggregate cross-channel performance (paid, organic, email, events) into unified dashboards
- Implementing AI-assisted lead scoring and qualification systems
- Enabling marketers to run channel work via AI agents: paid campaign optimization, creative uploads, HubSpot lifecycle campaign setup
- Creating reusable tools and workflows that empower the marketing team to self-serve rather than creating bottlenecks
You'll work alongside brand, content, product marketing, paid, and events teams in a collaborative, documentation-heavy environment with low meeting overhead.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or GTM engineering with deep understanding of campaign lifecycles and channel reporting
- Proven ability to build zero-to-one workflows stitching across tools with messy inputs and real judgment calls
- Hands-on experience shipping agentic workflows using LLM APIs, AI agent frameworks, and automation tools (Cargo, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar)
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and basic scripting; willing to go beyond no-code when needed
- Process-first mindset: map workflows and identify breakpoints before selecting tools
- Bias toward rapid experimentation and weekly iteration cycles
- Strong written communication skills suited to a documentation-first culture
- Autonomous and self-directed; thrive without constant direction
- High empathy and genuine care for teammates and users
NICE TO HAVES:
- Marketing-specific AI tools (Writer, AirOps, Phrase)
- SaaS martech stack experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, CDPs, ABM platforms)
- SQL and Snowflake for reporting pipelines
- Brand or creative operations background
- AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude)
