SecurityScorecard, the global leader in cybersecurity ratings with over 12 million companies continuously rated across 64 countries, is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the next generation of systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for go-to-market teams. Reporting to the Principal GTM Systems Architect, you will be a hands-on builder working across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and the broader GTM technology stack. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and build practical, scalable solutions that drive adoption and business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Building and improving AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce - Developing Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, and APIs - Designing and implementing scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles - Building integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier - Using Claude Code and other AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot - Connecting systems and data through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations - Implementing enrichment and signal-detection tooling such as Clay - Designing signal-based and buyer-trigger analytics, including opportunity scoring and routing - Developing data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead/account scoring - Supporting AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge - Testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting agents, automations, and integrations - Documenting solutions and participating in sprint planning, technical design, testing, and releases - Measuring whether solutions improve adoption, efficiency, data quality, or business outcomes Required qualifications include 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or similar technical roles. You need strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, production support), proven development experience with object-oriented programming, hands-on Agentforce configuration, experience building automations in Workato and Zapier, Salesforce integration experience with APIs and webhooks, working knowledge of JSON and REST APIs, and experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented languages.
