SecurityScorecard, the global leader in cybersecurity ratings with 12+ million companies continuously rated across 64 countries, is seeking a GTM Engineer to build next-generation systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for go-to-market teams.
Reporting to the Principal GTM Systems Architect, you will be a hands-on builder working across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and the broader GTM technology stack. You'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver practical, scalable solutions that drive adoption and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and improving AI-powered workflows and agents using Salesforce Agentforce
- Developing Salesforce solutions using Flow, Apex, custom objects, permissions, and APIs
- Designing and implementing scalable solutions using object-oriented programming principles
- Building integrations and automations across Salesforce and the GTM stack using Workato and Zapier
- Leveraging Claude Code and AI development tools to prototype, build, test, and troubleshoot
- Connecting systems through APIs, webhooks, middleware, and native integrations
- Implementing enrichment and signal-detection tooling (Clay or similar)
- Designing signal-based and buyer-trigger analytics, including opportunity scoring and routing
- Developing data models and scoring layers for customer propensity, ICP attribution, and lead/account scoring
- Supporting AI use cases across prospecting, account research, pipeline management, quoting, customer success, support, renewals, and internal knowledge
- Testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting agents, automations, and integrations
- Documenting solutions and participating in sprint planning, technical design, testing, and releases
- Measuring impact on adoption, efficiency, data quality, and business outcomes
Required qualifications: 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Business Systems, Revenue Operations Systems, or similar technical role. Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Flow, data modeling, permissions, APIs, automation, production support). Proven development experience with object-oriented programming concepts. Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, and integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and webhooks. Working knowledge of JSON, REST APIs, authentication, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting. Experience with Apex, Python, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented languages.
