Runway is seeking a GTM Engineer to serve as the revenue organization's engineering lead and RevOps architect. This is a build-focused role where you'll own the entire commercial technology stack—CRM, enrichment tools, signal layers, and agentic workflows—using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI agents to scale GTM productivity. You'll own the commercial object model (routing, territories, approvals) that serves as the schema for all downstream systems and agents. You'll transform Salesforce from a data-entry tool into an agent-reconciliation platform where reps inspect and approve automated decisions. Your infrastructure work will connect the entire stack—Salesforce, Gong, Clay, product usage, and the data warehouse—through APIs and webhooks so accounts maintain consistent state across systems. On the agentic side, you'll build and run the GTM agent fleet from prototype through production, instrumenting decisions, failures, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement. You'll create the PLG-to-Enterprise signal layer that converts product usage into intent scores and routes leads to BDRs/AEs. You'll own Clay enrichment pipelines and outbound infrastructure to raise BDR output at the systems level. Full-funnel automation is core: surfacing account context to reps at critical moments (before QBRs, ahead of renewals, when expansion signals fire), building churn-risk and expansion detection with post-sale teams, and automating deal desk mechanics with pricing guardrails. You'll sit with frontline sellers to identify friction points and ship fixes within two weeks. You'll measure adoption and revenue impact of every build, kill what doesn't stick, and bring data-backed build-vs-buy recommendations to leadership. Field evidence feeds Product roadmap decisions. Required: 6+ years in RevOps, GTM engineering, sales ops, or adjacent technical disciplines, with at least 3 years specifically in RevOps or GTM engineering. You'll need production builds to demo (Salesforce integrations, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, agent workflows). Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, or event-driven systems is essential. Clay proficiency is strongly preferred. Familiarity with enterprise sales motions ($100K–$2M ACV) is expected. Analytics engineering, finance, or data science backgrounds are a plus.
