Pogo is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build AI-powered systems that drive revenue growth. You'll partner with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams to ship code that directly impacts pipeline and conversion metrics. Key responsibilities include: shipping AI-powered workflows that scale growth and sales motions; auditing the existing GTM stack to identify gaps and redundancies; embedding with sales and growth teams to systematize their best practices; building internal tools and AI agents that automate manual workflows like lead routing, enrichment, outbound personalization, account research, and attribution; deciding when to leverage off-the-shelf tools versus custom builds; collaborating with engineering and design to test features and dogfood AI capabilities; and documenting playbooks so wins propagate across the organization. You should have 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience, with direct application to GTM, growth, or revenue systems. You're proficient with modern AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) and have shipped non-trivial projects with them. You have hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents—RAG, evals, tool use, prompt engineering. You're fluent in the modern GTM stack (Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, Outreach, Instantly) and comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and integrations. You have strong product and design sensibility, think in systems, and can translate operational chaos into clean automation. You possess commercial instinct—able to spot leverage in sales calls or growth dashboards. You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders and have built production systems used by real users. Bonus qualifications: early-stage startup experience, shipped AI agents that moved actual revenue metrics, RevOps/Marketing Ops/Sales Engineering background. The company values calculated speed, shipping weekly, and rapid iteration. You'll work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment with minimal management overhead. Unlimited PTO with a 20-day minimum vacation policy. Flexible work schedule. The role expects commitment beyond standard hours at this stage.
