Salary: USD 144,000 - 168,500 / annual
Peec AI is an analytics platform for AI search that helps brands understand their visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews. The company is a Series A startup backed by 20VC and Singular, past $10M ARR, with 80+ employees across Berlin HQ and a new New York office.
You will build the GTM systems that power Peec's customer acquisition in the US: automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound campaigns that run autonomously. Your work will leverage the same AI search signals that power Peec's product to drive category-defining GTM plays.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain automated lead enrichment, scoring, routing, and multi-channel outbound sequences using Clay, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, and Clearbit
- Launch 3–5 scalable campaigns monthly across outbound, inbound, ABM, and sales workflows
- Convert website and content engagement into outbound triggers, ABM plays, and AE follow-up workflows
- Own the full GTM tech stack: email deliverability, HubSpot workflows, data quality, attribution, and build-versus-buy decisions
- Create documentation and playbooks to make the system repeatable and scalable
This is an on-site role in the New York office with real ownership and impact as the company builds its US team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in GTM engineering, RevOps automation, or a technical growth role in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Zapier, and n8n
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript to extend no-code tools when needed
- Proven ability to scope complex, multi-source data problems and ship solutions the sales team trusts
- Track record of increasing conversion rates and reducing manual SDR/AE workload through automation
- AI-native mindset: default to automation over headcount

- Knowledge of attribution modeling, tracking setup, and analytics tools
- Experience building or scaling a GTM or RevOps function in a high-growth startup
