As GTM Engineer, you will own revenue outcomes end-to-end and build systems to generate pipeline. Responsibilities include designing account scoring and enrichment workflows, launching outbound experiments, automating research and prospecting, improving GTM infrastructure, and analyzing conversion data to inform strategy.
You should have 1+ years of experience at a top-tier management consultancy, investment bank, or in a comparable high-ownership GTM, growth, strategy, or operating role. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and structured thinking—able to break ambiguous problems into pieces, form hypotheses, and reach conclusions. You exhibit high agency and resilience, owning outcomes while managing scope and pushing through to completion.
While you don't need to be a software engineer, you should be willing to learn and contribute to the GTM repository. The company values bias to action: shipping experiments today and learning from them beats spending a week designing perfect systems.
