incident.io is a Series B AI-powered incident response platform trusted by leading engineering teams including OpenAI, Netflix, and Airbnb. The company has raised $96M and has helped over 2,000 companies manage more than 1 million incidents since 2021.
As a GTM Engineer, you'll build internal products that empower the revenue team to eliminate manual work and focus on high-impact activities. Your user base is the GTM organization—BDRs, AEs, CS teams, Marketing, and GTM leadership—and you'll see the impact of your work within hours, not quarters.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Designing and evolving the GTM technology stack, understanding why each tool exists and what shouldn't
- Building automation, enrichment, and AI agent workflows to eliminate manual work across sales, success, and marketing motions
- Weekly collaboration with the revenue team to identify problems worth solving and ship daily improvements
- Mastering new tools quickly and making principled decisions about stack composition
- Writing code where appropriate (internal tools, integrations, agents) rather than just configuring SaaS
- Supporting the GTM systems stack end-to-end, resolving issues through automation or manual intervention
You're a builder with a track record of shipping systems people rely on daily. You understand go-to-market from the inside—fluent in outbound, sales, and success tooling. You use AI heavily in your own work and have tested opinions on where it genuinely helps. You're product-minded, root-cause oriented, and think in patterns and clean architecture rather than one-off fixes. You thrive in startup environments where there's no playbook and you ship, learn, and iterate based on user feedback.
