Fireworks is a Series D AI infrastructure platform ($17.5B valuation) backed by NVIDIA, Sequoia, and others, enabling companies to build and serve specialized AI models. The GTM Engineer role sits at the intersection of sales operations and systems architecture, responsible for designing and operating the go-to-market technology stack that powers revenue generation. You will architect and maintain integrations across the GTM tech stack—Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Harmonic, LeadGenius, LeadIQ, and Zapier—ensuring these tools work seamlessly as a cohesive system. Your core responsibilities include designing automation workflows that eliminate manual work, improve data quality, and accelerate pipeline velocity; maintaining Salesforce as a clean system of record with proper data governance; and building reporting that provides visibility into pipeline health and campaign impact. A critical part of this role is direct partnership with sellers and GTM leadership. You'll identify friction in sales workflows, translate operational needs into system improvements, and ensure the GTM stack actively supports day-to-day selling. You'll support onboarding and training for new sellers, help maintain CRM hygiene, and ensure enrichment data and engagement signals flow cleanly across systems. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations at B2B SaaS companies, with strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator or advanced user. You should have direct experience with modern GTM tools, designing workflows and automation that improve sales productivity, and a systems mindset that understands how data, integrations, and workflows interconnect. Curiosity about new GTM tools and excitement about AI-driven workflows is essential. You're comfortable working directly with sellers, translating their needs into technical solutions, and continuously refining systems based on real-world usage.
