Barndoor is an enterprise GenAI infrastructure company helping organizations safely deploy, govern, and scale AI agents in production. This GTM Engineer role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and technical execution, owning the revenue operations stack end-to-end. You will build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools that directly impact how the sales and customer success teams operate. Key responsibilities include: • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and automations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and related GTM tools • Automate data enrichment and capture, maintain CRM data hygiene, and create dashboards that make revenue metrics actionable • Develop lead scoring and intent models based on real buying signals to help reps prioritize high-probability accounts • Build outbound automation that personalizes messaging using firmographic and behavioral data • Identify friction points by talking directly with frontline sales, CS, and RevOps teams, then build solutions that measurably move pipeline • Own CRM data modeling to ensure GTM systems remain a trustworthy source of truth for the revenue organization • Build and maintain pipeline and revenue dashboards that provide sales, marketing, and leadership with shared visibility into what's working You'll work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the New York office) with periodic company offsites every 8–10 weeks. The role requires someone who thinks like both a marketer and a seller while building like an engineer—comfortable taking ambiguous problems and shipping end-to-end systems, measuring success by pipeline and revenue impact. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years in RevOps, marketing ops, demand gen, or sales engineering with demonstrated GTM engineering experience • Fluency with AI tools and emerging automation capabilities, with practical curiosity about applying them to business operations • Hands-on experience with intent data and enrichment tools (Clay, Apollo, or similar) • Working knowledge of SQL plus at least one programming language (Python or TypeScript preferred) for automation and integrations • Administration experience in Salesforce or HubSpot, plus API/webhook-based integration work • Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles (enterprise and self-serve) and how GTM systems influence revenue NICE TO HAVE: • Ability to write and maintain code (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for workflow automation and integrations • Experience with API design and webhooks • Solutions or sales engineering background in customer-facing roles • Prior use of ABM platforms • Track record of building AI workflows or automations that measurably moved pipeline or revenue • Prior GTM systems work in cybersecurity, identity, or B2B software companies
