As GTM Engineer, you'll build the data systems, AI workflows, and growth infrastructure powering Avoca's next stage. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you'll own the end-to-end autonomous outbound email engine—from campaign strategy and sending infrastructure to deliverability and optimization—turning it into a major qualified pipeline source.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling AI agents for prospect research, account prioritization, and personalization; mapping and enriching the total addressable market with reliable account and contact data; identifying and activating buying signals that trigger timely outreach; building integrations connecting data sources, CRM, enrichment providers, and sales workflows; and partnering with SDRs, Sales, and RevOps to improve targeting and conversion.
You'll combine technical depth with commercial judgment, moving fluidly between building AI-powered workflows, campaign strategy, and pipeline review. This is a builder-operator role where you'll put systems into practice, learn from performance, and continuously improve them.
Required: 3+ years in GTM engineering, growth ops, or technical GTM roles in B2B; proven track record building large-scale outbound email programs; deep knowledge of outbound infrastructure, deliverability, and sender reputation; demonstrated expertise with AI-powered workflows; hands-on experience with Clay, Claude Code, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar; strong technical foundations with APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python, or JavaScript; experience building and enriching large datasets using multiple enrichment providers.
