Anthropic is seeking a GTM Enablement Trainer to lead product enablement for Claude across the global field organization. This role bridges product, technical, and commercial teams to ensure Anthropic's sales and field teams are expert users of Claude and can credibly position it with customers.
You will own two interconnected missions: (1) enabling Anthropic's field organization to be power users of Claude in their own daily work, and (2) equipping them to run sophisticated technical conversations with customers, anticipate objections, and hold their own with technical buyers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning product enablement for the global field organization, spanning new launches, existing capabilities, and the roadmap
- Building programs that make sellers genuinely expert users of Claude
- Creating enablement content including demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, and competitive positioning material
- Partnering closely with Product, Product Marketing, and Applied AI to gain early visibility into upcoming launches and shape how they reach the field
- Anticipating which new product surfaces require significant enablement investment and making the case before launch
- Building and maintaining product certification paths that credential sellers on core products
- Establishing feedback loops that carry field and customer signal about product gaps back to Product and Product Marketing
The role requires someone who sees around corners—you won't wait for launches to be announced before building enablement. You'll be embedded enough with Product and Applied AI to know what's coming, opinionated about which surfaces need real enablement investment, and credible enough to earn respect from both engineers and sellers. You should find more energy in enabling others to use what we build than in building it yourself.
Anthropicis a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco, focused on creating reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. The company offers competitive compensation, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and collaborative office space.
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience bridging sales and technical audiences in roles such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical enablement, product marketing, or technical account management
- Hands-on, regular use of AI assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude, Claude Code) in real-world workflows
- Working technical knowledge of how LLM products work (prompting, context, tool use, APIs), sufficient to demo live and field technical questions from engineering buyers
- Experience turning complex, fast-moving technical products into enablement content such as demo scripts, technical talk tracks, solution guides, or training curricula
- Experience writing and presenting technical material for audiences with varying levels of technical depth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agentic frameworks, or developer tooling
- Experience owning launch readiness for a technical product across a global field organization
- Prior experience as a solutions engineer or sales engineer carrying a technical win
- Experience building technical certification programs
- Track record of shipping enablement content that the field actually uses
- Experience partnering with Product or Product Marketing to prepare field teams ahead of launch
- Experience building programs from 0 to 1 in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
