LangChain is seeking a GTM Enablement Program Manager to build and operate the enablement engine for our rapidly growing go-to-market organization. You will own three critical areas: Product Enablement, GTM Knowledge & Content, and Enablement Communications. In the Product Enablement space, you'll stay connected to Product, Engineering, and Product Marketing to understand what's changing and build practical field enablement. You'll own GTM readiness for product launches and major changes, building enablement plans from intake through launch including training, communications, and resource publication. You'll create and continuously improve product curriculum in the LMS and Content Hub, run live product enablement sessions when needed, and measure readiness using feedback, participation, and field signals to close gaps. For GTM Knowledge & Content, you'll own the GTM knowledge system, making it easy for sellers to find accurate and current information. You'll build scalable information architecture and governance with clear taxonomy, templates, ownership, and freshness standards. You'll manage the content lifecycle to keep training, product resources, competitive guidance, and FAQs current as the business evolves. You'll operationalize canonical GTM content in partnership with Product Marketing and structure knowledge so both sellers and AI-powered tools can reliably retrieve accurate context. For Enablement Communications, you'll own the GTM enablement communications engine, managing Weekly Trace and other recurring updates that consolidate product, program, and company updates into clear field guidance. You'll run the operational execution behind weekly enablement including calendar, SME coordination, materials, and recordings. You'll create signal from noise by building predictable ways for GTM to stay current, and identify and fix breakdowns in how information flows from Product and other teams into GTM.
