Lawmatics, the #1 CRM for law firms, is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to build and own the programs, systems, and resources that help Sales and Customer Success teams perform at their best. You will own enablement across the entire employee lifecycle, from new-hire onboarding and certification to new product readiness, ongoing product and skills reinforcement, and performance coaching programs. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who loves developing people but also thinks systematically about how learning translates into performance. Key responsibilities include: **GTM Onboarding & Certification:** Design and continuously improve role-specific onboarding programs for Sales and Customer Success. Build structured learning paths with clear milestones, expectations, assessments, and certifications. Develop 30/60/90-day learning and ramp frameworks in partnership with GTM leadership. Facilitate live training, workshops, role plays, call reviews, and certification sessions. Create objective certification standards and measure onboarding effectiveness through ramp time, certification performance, and early employee performance. **Product Enablement & Launch Readiness:** Own GTM readiness for new products, features, and major updates. Partner with Product and Product Marketing to translate releases into practical, role-specific training. Build launch enablement plans, training materials, talk tracks, demo guidance, FAQs, use cases, and objection handling resources. Establish clear readiness standards and gather field feedback. **Continuous Learning & Reinforcement:** Develop an ongoing GTM learning curriculum focused on product knowledge, customer conversations, methodology, and role-specific skills. Build reinforcement programs, establish regular training cadences, create targeted programs based on performance gaps, develop recertification programs, curate a centralized resource library, maintain competitive battlecards, and identify top performers to turn their practices into repeatable best practices. **Performance Enablement & Technology:** Own and optimize Lawmatics' use of Gong as an enablement and coaching platform. Build and maintain Gong scorecards that reinforce expected behaviors and competencies. Develop best-practice call libraries with real examples of great discovery, demos, and objection handling. Use Gong insights to identify organizational skill gaps and partner with managers to develop coaching frameworks. Evaluate and recommend enablement technology and establish reporting that connects enablement participation with field performance. You will work cross-functionally with Sales & CS Leadership, Frontline Managers, Product & Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and People/HR to identify gaps, develop scalable programs, and ensure customer-facing teams have the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence they need. Success is measured by whether teams learn faster, ramp faster, retain what they learn, consistently apply best practices, and ultimately perform better. Within your first year, you will have built a repeatable, measurable onboarding and certification program; established clear proficiency standards; created a repeatable enablement process for product launches; developed an ongoing learning cadence; built Gong scorecards and coaching workflows; reduced time-to-productivity for new hires; established measurable enablement KPIs; and fostered a culture where training is an ongoing system for improving performance. **Requirements:** - 4+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Enablement, Customer Success Enablement, Learning & Development, or a related role within a B2B SaaS organization - Experience building and owning structured onboarding and certification programs - Demonstrated ability to develop training content from scratch and translate complex concepts into simple, practical learning experiences - Experience enabling both Sales and Customer Success teams strongly preferred - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to lead engaging live and virtual training - Experience using Gong or another conversation intelligence platform for coaching, scorecards, call analysis, and best-practice development - Experience with Salesforce and modern GTM technology - Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously - A data-driven approach to enablement with experience measuring program effectiveness and using performance insights to determine where training is needed - Strong written communication and content-development skills - Ability to influence and build credibility across frontline employees, managers, and senior leaders - Comfortable operating in a high-growth environment where you'll need to build structure while also executing the work yourself **Bonus Points:** - Previous experience in a quota-carrying Sales or Customer Success role - Experience in vertical SaaS or legal technology - Experience building enablement programs in a scaling SaaS organization - Experience administering an LMS or enablement platform - Experience building competency frameworks, certification programs, or formal coaching programs
