ElevenLabs is a $22B-valued AI research and product company that has raised $781M in funding from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth, and Sequoia. The company launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model and now serves millions of users and thousands of businesses, including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. ElevenLabs operates three main platforms: ElevenAgents (for deploying voice and chat agents at scale), ElevenCreative (for generating and editing speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages), and ElevenAPI (providing developers access to leading AI audio foundational models). As the Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of GTM onboarding and enablement programmes, ensuring every new GTM hire receives a consistent, engaging onboarding experience. You will build the structure and processes that enable the wider Enablement team to work more effectively and scale its impact across the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Own GTM onboarding end-to-end: Manage onboarding cohorts from scheduling and communications through facilitating live sessions, coordinating speakers, and gathering feedback. Ensure new hires across regions have a consistent, engaging experience. - Develop and maintain learning content: Create training materials and e-learning modules using platforms like WorkRamp and Enablement OS. Keep existing content accurate, relevant, and easy to navigate. Work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into practical learning experiences. - Coordinate certifications and enablement launches: Own the launch and certification calendar, tracking milestones, completion rates, and follow-up actions for new programmes, certifications, and learning initiatives. - Measure programme performance: Maintain dashboards and reporting on onboarding, certifications, ramp metrics, and team OKRs. Use data to highlight progress, identify gaps, and guide team focus areas. - Own Enablement operations: Run OKR and roadmap tracking, manage the enablement calendar, and establish team operating rhythms (planning, check-ins, reviews). Track dependencies across RevOps, Product Marketing, People, and Product teams. Flag risks early and maintain clear ownership and timelines. - Support major enablement events: Help plan and deliver events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO), including session coordination, timelines, and run-of-show logistics. You will work closely with the Sales Enablement lead and partners across GTM, RevOps, Product Marketing, and People to turn priorities into well-run programmes that meet business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects, delivering engaging training, and finding practical, creative solutions to operational challenges. ElevenLabs operates with a high-velocity, impact-driven culture that emphasizes rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, minimal bureaucracy, and AI-first thinking. The company prioritizes talent over location and offers learning & development stipends, annual social travel stipends, co-working stipends for remote employees, and annual company offsites. REQUIREMENTS: - Experience running onboarding, training, or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM, sales, or commercial environment - Strong facilitation and presentation skills with confidence to lead live sessions, engage diverse audiences, and make complex topics clear and actionable - Experience developing training materials and e-learning content that help people understand and apply new skills - Experience building and running team operations, such as OKR and roadmap tracking, and operating rhythms, with ability to coordinate dependencies across teams and keep many stakeholders aligned - Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers, and reporting processes, with ability to use data to measure progress and inform decisions - Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) such as WorkRamp, and understanding of how to manage learning content and track completion - Strong passion for using AI tools and agents, with hands-on experience applying them to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes, and find smarter ways to work - Creative, curious approach to problem-solving with initiative to question existing ways of working and explore better solutions BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience supporting a company-wide event such as Sales Kick-Off - Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company - Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or other GTM reporting tools The role is remote-first with the ability to operate in US Eastern timezone (GMT-5, GMT-4) required.
