As GTM Director based in Dubai, you will independently manage the full B2B sales cycle from initiation to close, working with some of the world's largest corporates and law firms. You will build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and address client pain points with tailored solutions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and legal teams to ensure the platform aligns with client needs and continues developing at pace. You will also contribute to refining account acquisition and management strategies, documenting best practices to scale effectively across the region and beyond.
The role emphasizes ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions, and a founder-like mindset. You'll be expected to drive quota, hit business targets, and put company outcomes first while maintaining direct, ego-free feedback and continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, Go-to-Market strategies, or comparable roles in top-tier consultancies, prestigious law firms, or industry-leading organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycles independently and drive quota
- Perseverance and adaptability to overcome challenges while staying aligned with goals
