Safari AI is building computer vision AI to automate operations and decision-making for leading enterprises in entertainment, retail, QSR, and live venues. The company works with marquee customers including Merlin/Legoland, 7-Eleven, Tanger Outlets, Charlotte Hornets, and Tennessee Titans, using AI to measure, alert, and recommend actions across physical operations.
This is a hands-on operations and finance leadership role reporting directly to the CEO. You will own mission-critical business operations functions and help scale the company through a critical growth phase. The role combines operational excellence with strategic business development support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead finance, vendor management, investor relations, and auditing functions
- Manage company financial model and budget planning
- Partner with CEO to enable and scale founder-led sales efforts
- Own CRM management, revenue reporting, and sales KPI tracking
- Support fundraising initiatives and investor relations
You'll work in a small, high-ownership environment (~10 person team) where you can drive meaningful impact on company trajectory. The CEO and GTM team are based in Miami's Coconut Grove office, and this role requires in-office presence.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance, management consulting, or operations/strategy roles at early- to mid-stage startups (preferably Enterprise SaaS). You combine strong analytical skills with bias for action, detail orientation, and comfort with ambiguity. You're excited to invent markets that don't yet exist and see through AI hype to focus on measurable ROI.
