JumpCloud is seeking a GTM AI Operations specialist to design, build, and operationalize agentic outbound systems that improve pipeline generation efficiency and seller productivity. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Operations, you will focus on automating account sourcing, contact acquisition, research, prioritization, personalization, sequencing, and engagement orchestration. Core responsibilities include: • Design and deploy AI outbound workflows that automate key GTM processes across the full funnel, from account sourcing through engagement orchestration. • Move beyond isolated AI experiments by building repeatable, production-ready workflows that integrate across Salesforce, Marketo, Clay, sequencing platforms, enrichment providers, and engagement tools. • Reduce manual BDR work through automation while increasing outbound quality, targeting precision, personalization, and activity scalability. • Support the evolution of JumpCloud's outbound programs through AI targeting, signal-based prioritization, automated enrichment, and intelligent workflow orchestration. • Rapidly prototype, deploy, measure, and improve GTM workflows with a strong bias toward execution and measurable business impact. • Partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to align priorities and execute quickly. You will be a highly technical GTM operator who enjoys building systems and automations that solve real revenue problems. Success is measured by deployed workflows and operational improvements that increase outbound efficiency, pipeline generation, or seller productivity. You thrive in fast-moving environments, are comfortable working across both strategy and execution, and prefer shipping solutions over discussing hypotheticals. JumpCloud is the AI-powered unified IT management platform designed to secure the modern workforce. The company consolidates identity, device, and access management to provide intelligent, secure IT that scales from human users to autonomous AI agents. REQUIREMENTS: GTM Systems & Operations: • Hands-on experience working within modern GTM systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage, enrichment providers, and outbound engagement platforms. • Experience building and maintaining workflows across tools such as Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit, or similar orchestration platforms. • Strong understanding of outbound operations, lead/account flows, enrichment strategies, segmentation, and GTM data management. • In-depth understanding of how MCPs work and demonstrated experience applying best practices for MCP utilization and efficiency. AI & Automation: • Practical experience applying AI and automation to GTM workflows beyond experimentation. • Experience working with LLMs (preferably Claude Cowork & Code), prompt workflows, structured outputs, AI-assisted personalization, and integrating AI outputs into operational systems. • Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, webhooks, and lightweight scripting to connect systems and automate processes. • Understanding of concepts such as agentic workflows, signal-based automation, RAG, embeddings, or AI orchestration frameworks is a plus. Builder Mentality: • Proven ability to independently build and operationalize workflows from idea → deployment → iteration. • Comfortable using no-code, low-code, and lightweight coding approaches to deliver solutions quickly. • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve workflow reliability at scale. Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Ability to partner effectively with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to align priorities and execute quickly. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Operating Style: • Highly self-directed and execution-oriented with a strong bias toward action. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and iterating quickly as priorities evolve. • Motivated by solving operational problems and building systems that create measurable business impact. Language: Fluent English required for interviews and internal business communication.
