Gusto is seeking a GTM AI Agent Builder to design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automation that enhance the company's Go-to-Market operations. This role bridges Revenue Operations, AI systems, and GTM strategy, focusing on translating business problems into scalable, intelligent solutions that automate manual work, improve decision-making, and accelerate growth across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams.
You will contribute to Gusto's GTM AI strategy and roadmap, evaluating technologies and identifying high-impact use cases such as sales productivity enhancement, marketing personalization, and customer support automation. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and deploying AI-driven workflows, partnering cross-functionally with RevOps and GTM leaders to identify automation opportunities, and measuring performance through evaluation frameworks that track prompt reliability, latency, cost, and business impact metrics like conversion lift and time saved.
The role requires building integrations connecting Salesforce, GTM tools, and Gusto's data warehouse to AI-powered insights. You'll support model and vendor selection processes, execute program management for AI initiative rollouts, and collaborate to implement reusable automation patterns and guardrails that scale safely across teams.
