Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries and reaching 300+ million people monthly. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, using proprietary data and technology to help event creators scale and innovate.
As Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever's expansion across the region, owning the growth roadmap and defining how the business model and partner portfolio are built. You'll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, leading strategic initiatives that drive success in Brazil and the broader Latin American market.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define and lead business plans for key expansion areas and strategic partners, driving projects with measurable impact on product prioritization and revenue optimization.
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to help them succeed and scale.
• Move beyond analysis to implementation—lead projects that convert complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean, efficient operations capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets.
• Manage global stakeholder relationships with regional leaders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs aligned with Fever's global capabilities.
You bring 4–5 years of experience in analytical business roles, ideally from strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You're skilled in data analysis, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder communication across cultures. You're a proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes decisions. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred. You're willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
