The Growth Strategy Manager role sits within Fever's Growth team, which drives business expansion across all markets and ensures partner success. This is a strategic, data-focused position reporting directly to global growth leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full responsibility for growth strategy decisions within your assigned business line
- Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics across different business units
- Execute end-to-end, high-impact solutions and projects
- Collaborate across 40+ countries, working with diverse teams and markets in an international environment
- Drive company performance enhancement through data-driven decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scale the business in alignment with company direction
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in analytics, business strategy, or related roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, Aeronautics) or quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Strategy)
- Proven ability to build trust and lead teams or key projects
- Strong data-driven mindset with ability to translate numbers into strategic decisions
- Native or bilingual English proficiency
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)
- Prior experience with Chinese consumer markets, growth, or partnerships (WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu)
- Familiarity with China's digital ecosystem
