The Growth Strategy Manager will be a key member of Fever's Growth team, responsible for driving business performance across multiple markets and business units. This role offers significant scope and autonomy, with direct reporting to global growth leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing overall company performance across different business units
- Owning full responsibility for growth team decisions within your business line
- Defining and establishing new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Implementing end-to-end, high-impact solutions and projects
- Collaborating across markets and teams in a 40+ country international environment
- Leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic and business decisions
The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a proven track record of leading teams or key projects. A background in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or quantitative fields (mathematics, statistics, data analytics, strategy) is preferred. You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working across disciplines and business contexts. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
