Fever is the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300M+ monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, using proprietary data and technology to democratize access to live experiences. As Growth Strategy Manager for the Brazil market, you will own the growth roadmap and business model expansion for the region. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development—not a pure execution position. Key responsibilities: • Define and lead the business plan for key Brazil expansion areas and strategic partners, driving projects with direct impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization • Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to help them scale and succeed • Move beyond analysis to implementation: lead projects that translate complex data into actionable business cases, owning accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI) • Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean, efficient operations that support rapid growth across diverse Brazilian markets • Manage global stakeholder relationships with regional Country and General Managers, building business cases for local marketing and technology needs aligned with Fever's global product and marketing capabilities You bring 4–5+ years in analytical business roles (strategy consulting, high-growth startups, or investment banking preferred) with a proven track record of driving growth and business impact. You're comfortable with data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential.
