As Growth Strategy Manager, you will drive business performance across multiple markets and business units. You'll own full responsibility for growth strategy decisions within your business line, define and implement new growth strategies to improve key metrics, and execute high-impact end-to-end projects. The role involves cross-functional collaboration across 40+ countries and direct reporting to global growth leadership.
Key responsibilities include enhancing company performance across business units, establishing new growth strategies, implementing solutions with measurable impact, and working with international teams across diverse markets. You'll leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and help partners scale within the Fever ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in analytics and business roles, with proven experience leading teams or key projects. You should have a background in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or quantitative fields (mathematics, statistics, data analytics, strategy). Strong data literacy, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work across disciplines are essential. Advanced English required; additional languages a plus.
