As Growth Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever's expansion strategy, specifically focused on the India market. You will own the growth roadmap, defining business models and partner portfolios at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development.
Key responsibilities include:
• Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and strategic partners, driving projects with measurable impact on product prioritization and revenue optimization
• Act as a lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever's proprietary data and technology to enable partner success
• Move beyond analysis to implementation—lead projects that translate complex data into actionable business cases and own accountability for key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to ensure lean, efficient operations that support rapid scaling across diverse markets
• Manage global stakeholder relationships with regional Country and General Managers, helping them build business cases for localized marketing and technology needs
You bring 4-5 years of experience in analytical business roles, ideally from strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You are a proactive problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and high-stakes decisions, with strong analytical and communication skills. Fluency in English is required; Hindi proficiency is advantageous for regional stakeholder engagement. Technical skills in SQL, Python, or R are preferred.
