You will join the Growth team as Growth Strategy Manager for Italy, reporting directly to the global growth leadership. This is a strategic role focused on driving business performance across Fever's Italian market and related business units.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own full accountability for growth strategy decisions and execution in your business line
- Define and implement new growth strategies to improve key business metrics
- Enhance overall company performance across different business units
- Execute end-to-end, high-impact solutions and projects
- Collaborate across 40+ countries and multiple teams in an international environment
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic and business decisions
- Work with partners to help them scale and grow within the Fever ecosystem
You bring 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a strong track record of leading teams or key projects. Your background includes an engineering degree (Civil, Industrial, Telecommunications, or Aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You are deeply data-driven, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Fluency in Italian and English is required. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in identifying growth opportunities.
