Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300M+ monthly users. The platform connects event creators with audiences through data-driven technology and partnerships with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound.
You will join the Growth team as Growth Strategy Manager for Italy, reporting directly to global growth leadership. This role owns full responsibility for growth strategy execution across the Italian market, working to enhance company performance across business units and drive key metrics improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and establish new growth strategies to improve business metrics in the Italy market
- Implement end-to-end, high-impact solutions and projects
- Own decisions taken by the growth team in your business line
- Collaborate across all markets and teams in a 40+ country international environment
- Work with partners to help them scale and grow within the Fever platform
- Drive data-informed strategic and business decisions
You bring 6+ years of experience in analytics and business roles, with a strong background in either engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or quantitative disciplines (mathematics, statistics, data analytics, strategy). You have proven experience leading teams or key projects and building trust across organizations. You are fluent in Italian and English, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and combine analytical rigor with proactive problem-solving and opportunity identification.
