As a Growth Strategy Associate, you will lead high-impact global projects driving Fever's entertainment market expansion across up to 40 countries. Working within the Marketing & Growth team—one of the company's largest and most dynamic—you'll independently manage your own project pipeline and contribute to key market growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead global projects and strategies defining the future of the entertainment industry
- Design end-to-end solutions with daily high-impact deliverables
- Create, develop, and manage new business streams, workflows, and growth initiatives across departments
- Define and establish new strategies using analytical, business, and strategic skills
- Collaborate across markets (up to 40 countries) to develop new experiences and enhance overall company performance
- Work with cross-functional teams to influence stakeholders and drive business impact through data-driven decisions
You bring 3–5 years of business analytics experience, ideally from strategy consulting, investment banking, or top tech firms. Your background includes a bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or expertise in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy. You're a data-driven problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills, fluent English (Spanish a plus), and preferably coding experience (SQL, R, Python). You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and generate measurable business impact through strategic decisions.
