OneStream is seeking a Growth Program Manager to drive cross-functional programs supporting revenue growth, product commercialization, and enterprise transformation. This role operates with significant autonomy within a lean team, owning complex transformation programs end-to-end while supporting AI commercialization initiatives and high-priority business performance improvements.
Key responsibilities include independently executing large-scale transformation initiatives with sound judgment on prioritization, risk, and dependency management; orchestrating planning, governance, and end-to-end execution of commercial and enterprise transformation programs; leading initiatives across multiple business units and workstreams while connecting activities to measurable business outcomes; leading the AI team and cross-functional teams through AI commercialization and product launches; driving alignment across sponsors and functions while managing dependencies and surfacing trade-offs; facilitating go/no-go decisions at key phase transitions; serving as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to program stakeholders and executives; collaborating with executives to align commercial, AI, and transformation strategy with business objectives; providing comprehensive program visibility through consistent reporting on outcomes, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics; evolving processes, tools, and metrics to improve execution quality and value realization; stepping into hands-on project execution when needed; and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal guidelines.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at prioritization, dependency management, and risk mitigation in high-pressure environments; able to independently own and lead large, ambiguous, high-stakes programs; understand value realization and benefits tracking; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; possess strong Microsoft Office skills; demonstrate growth and go-to-market acumen; take a solutions-oriented, analytical approach to complex challenges; drive process improvements; influence without authority; and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation
- Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously
PREFERRED:
- Business transformation and change management expertise
- Both business and technical project management experience
- Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization
- Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Visio, Atlassian Solutions (Jira & Confluence), and other CPM solutions
