TradingView, the world's largest financial analysis platform with 100M+ users across 180+ countries, is seeking a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive B2B expansion across Spain and Latin America. You will own the complete sales and partnership lifecycle with financial institutions, brokers, exchanges, and fintech platforms—from sourcing and pitch through negotiation, technical integration, and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership role where you carry your own numbers and have real autonomy in how you reach them. Key responsibilities include building and running your own outbound pipeline of institutional clients, managing inbound partnership requests from first contact to signed agreement, diagnosing each institution's commercial goals before proposing solutions, and positioning TradingView's full product spectrum against actual client needs. You will shepherd partners through technical integration to ensure deals produce volume, not just signatures, and collect market signals to feed back to product and business teams. You'll operate with a rigorous test-and-learn methodology, measuring results, adjusting tactics, and quickly dropping what doesn't work. You must have native or professional fluency in Spanish plus strong professional English (written and spoken). The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnership experience with brokers and financial institutions, with working knowledge of financial markets and brokerage ecosystems. Familiarity with TradingView's product and hands-on CRM experience are expected. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, take ownership of commitments, and consistently meet deadlines. The role offers flexibility: fully remote from anywhere in Spain or hybrid from the Málaga office (4 days in-office, 1 day remote). Benefits include flexible working hours, a global team of 600+ professionals, learning and mentorship opportunities, private health insurance with dental, performance-based bonuses, TradingView Premium access, and regular team events.
