Revolut is a global fintech super app with 75+ million customers, offering spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travel products. The company is seeking a Growth Partnerships Manager to lead global collaborations across sports, entertainment, and events.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end 360-degree activations with major partners, ensuring flawless execution across multiple channels and achievement of revenue targets. You'll define and enforce partnership activation standards by creating clear operational frameworks that ensure global consistency. A key responsibility is building scalable processes and execution playbooks that can be replicated across the partnership portfolio.
You'll cultivate genuine, long-term relationships with portfolio partners, ensuring mutual objectives are met and value is continuously delivered. You'll analyze partnership performance in real-time, adjusting strategy and campaigns to maximize ROI and impact. You'll set high standards for content quality and execution across marketing assets and events, evaluating performance against both brand and growth metrics.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll consult with local Marketing, Brand, and Product teams on relevant activations and work across projects to align global strategy with local execution.
You'll need expertise in leading multi-channel activations for major global partnerships or sponsorships, with a demonstrated ability to lead negotiations and influence stakeholders. Experience managing large, multi-market activation budgets and delivering multiple complex projects under tight timelines is required. Strong relationship and communication skills, business acumen, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving abilities are essential to succeed in this role.
