Salary: USD 70,000 - 77,000 / annual

The company is seeking a Growth Partnerships Associate to support day-to-day operations of its Earn marketplace and growth partnerships initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Acorns' Earn marketplace partners, managing relationships and ensuring smooth operations. You'll work cross-functionally with Creative, Legal, and Compliance teams to launch new partners and update existing partner offers. Your responsibilities include monitoring partner performance, troubleshooting issues, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining partner documentation and timelines to keep launches organized. You'll manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously while juggling cross-functional workstreams. The role requires strong project management and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure launches happen on time and on brand. The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, business development, or a related role, ideally from a consumer or fintech company. You should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams. A passion for financial wellness and belief in the mission to make wealth-building tools accessible to everyone is important.
