This Growth Operations Team Lead role focuses on user growth and requires managing operational efficiency and campaign workflows. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design to drive user acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and campaign workflows
- Executing campaigns and managing user segmentation through CleverTap
- Building and maintaining growth dashboards for performance tracking
- Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams on growth initiatives
- Taking ownership of outcomes and driving results with accountability
- Applying analytical thinking and experimentation approaches to optimize growth

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Growth Operations in consumer tech or fintech environments
- Strong hands-on experience with CleverTap (campaign execution, user segmentation, growth dashboards)
- Proficiency with AI tools for operational efficiency
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across CLM, Marketing, Growth, and Design teams
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experimentation approach
- Clear communication skills
