Uplane (YC F25) is building an AI marketing operating system that helps companies optimize ad creation, landing page design, video production, and budget allocation. The company addresses a massive market inefficiency: billions wasted annually on poorly targeted ads and misaligned marketing spend.
As a Growth Operations role, you will work directly with the founders on all aspects of scaling Uplane across Germany and the US. This is a full-time, on-site position based in San Francisco or Berlin, and you'll be responsible for building the operational infrastructure, processes, and team that enable rapid growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading growth projects directly with founders: scaling the international team, launching new initiatives, and executing whatever is most critical to company momentum
- Building AI-native operations: designing workflows that leverage AI to eliminate manual work and maximize leverage
- Team building and onboarding: recruiting talent for the marketing agency of the future and ensuring new hires reach full productivity in days rather than months
- Owning multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of priorities

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in business development, consulting, startups, or operations
- Passion for building and growth; strong people skills and ability to win others over
- Highly organized and structured; capable of managing multiple parallel initiatives
- Fast learner, hard-working, stress-resistant, and resourceful problem-solver
- Demonstrated exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies
- Fluent in both German and English (required)
