Uniti is an agentic AI platform for real estate operators, automating sales, support, maintenance, collections, reviews, renewals, payments, and data analysis across voice, SMS, email, and chat. The company has grown 6x YoY, raised a $12M Series A led by Pathlight, and is tripling headcount this year from ~40 people. Marketing is currently a team of one reporting to the CEO; this is the second marketing hire.
As Growth Marketing Manager, you will build and own the content, brand, and demand generation engine that drives product launches and campaigns. You'll work directly with the CEO, Head of Marketing, and growth team to create clear, compelling campaigns that capture attention, drive engagement, and build pipeline.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build the content machine across social, email, digital, and live events (written, video, and interactive), using AI-assisted tools as central to your workflow.
- Own product marketing for all launches: partner with product on positioning and messaging for new agents, integrations, and verticals; create launch kits and sales enablement.
- Run full lifecycle email marketing, including monthly newsletter and paid experiments across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.
- Own the website (getuniti.com) and landing pages for major campaigns and launches; test messaging and conversion paths.
- Produce customer case studies (mostly written, video for flagship accounts) in partnership with growth and customer success teams.
- Build sales enablement assets: one-pagers, microsites, cold outreach templates, competitive intelligence.
- Work with the go-to-market engineer to maintain clean HubSpot segmentation and buyer-intent signals for sales.
Representative projects include: multi-channel content calendar (blog, short-form video, newsletters, social); product launch ownership end-to-end; dynamic marketing videos showcasing real agent conversations and workflows; website and landing page updates; trade shows, panels, and executive events.
Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years in demand gen, content, product marketing, or growth marketing at a high-growth AI or B2B SaaS startup.
- AI-native instincts: comfortable with tools like Lovable, AI video/editing tools (Tella), and emerging platforms to build content and experiences faster.
- Portfolio demonstrating audience communication: landing pages, short-form video, case studies, launch campaigns (real work, not strategy decks).
- Video marketing fluency: ability to turn raw footage or AI-generated assets into polished short-form video.
- Proficiency with the stack: Framer (CMS), HubSpot (marketing automation/CRM), Lovable, LinkedIn, Figma-adjacent tools. Bonus: experience standing up sites or microsites from scratch.
- Strong writing: ability to synthesize customer calls into case studies, LinkedIn posts, press releases, and product-page headlines without losing authenticity; aversion to AI-generated content quality issues.
- Comfort with early-stage startup pace and ambiguity; willingness to learn new tools mid-project.
- Ownership mindset: scope launches from scratch and ship all pieces independently.
- Collaborative but independent: pull in stakeholders at the right moments without requiring management through deadlines.
- Customer-focused: get close to real operators to understand their actual needs and language.
