The Growth Marketing Manager will design and execute acquisition and performance marketing campaigns to drive demand and acquire new customers. You will own the full acquisition funnel, from traffic generation and user registration through activation and conversion. Key responsibilities include managing email communications with prospects and customers, developing content, messaging, landing pages, and commercial materials, managing Despegar's brand and communications across channels, supporting product launches and market entries, and measuring results and channel efficiency.
You will work in a fast-moving, autonomous environment where you can impact results from day one. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scaling successful initiatives. You'll collaborate with a diverse, cross-functional team in a flat organizational structure without silos, and have access to growth opportunities within the broader Prosus global ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Senior-level experience in digital marketing, growth, or customer acquisition
- Demonstrated expertise in performance marketing and email marketing
- Strong ability to work with data and measure results
- Sound judgment in brand communication and messaging
- Autonomous, execution-focused profile comfortable managing multiple priorities in a building/scaling environment
