Enginy is a Barcelona-based B2B SaaS startup ranked #3 in Sifted 100: Southern Europe 2026. The company has raised a €5M seed round and is scaling internationally with its AI-native GTM platform that combines prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research, and outreach for modern B2B sales teams.
You will own conversion and full-funnel optimization across the entire customer journey—from first website visit through closed-won deals. This is a strategic, data-driven role focused on experimentation and measurable revenue impact. You will not handle brand/content strategy, organic social, or day-to-day paid campaign management; instead, you'll decide what to test, what to build, and where to focus resources.
Key responsibilities include:
**Website & CRO:** Run the website as a conversion engine. Test hero messaging, social proof, CTAs, forms, demo vs. product tour flows, pricing pages, and booking widgets. Use heatmaps and session recordings to identify drop-offs. Maintain page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, and multilingual landing pages (EN/ES/IT/DE).
**Full-funnel optimization:** Map the funnel with RevOps, set conversion benchmarks per stage, define lead scoring (fit + intent) and MQL criteria with Sales, and recycle closed-lost and no-shows into nurturing campaigns.
**Lead magnets & AI tools:** Partner with Product to build free tools leveraging Enginy's AI (e.g., cold email grader, ICP generator, LinkedIn profile analyzer), plus templates, playbooks, and benchmark reports. Own gating, landing pages, CRM tracking, follow-up sequences, and measure leads and pipeline generated.
**Nurturing & lifecycle:** Design lifecycle maps and nurturing sequences by persona, ICP, language, and funnel stage, including trial activation, re-engagement, and win-back campaigns, tracked through to MQLs, demos, and revenue influenced.
**Power users & advocacy:** Automate power-user detection from product and CRM data, trigger review requests at optimal moments, and convert champions into case studies, testimonials, referrals, and webinar guests.
**LinkedIn conversion:** Optimize employee and partner LinkedIn profiles and posts to drive conversion.
**Growth planning & reporting:** Conduct monthly funnel reviews and growth reports; lead quarterly planning for OKRs, budget, tool roadmap, and experiment themes.
You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Product teams. The role requires strong ownership, bias for action, and a focus on identifying and fixing the biggest funnel leak each month.
**Requirements:**
- 3–6 years in B2B SaaS growth marketing, CRO, or demand generation
- Proven track record improving conversion rates and generating demos and pipeline (not just traffic or leads)
- Strong experimentation mindset: design tests, read data, know when to scale or kill ideas
- Hands-on with CRO and analytics tools (GA4, heatmaps, session recording, A/B testing) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, lead scoring, and funnel metrics
- Ability to work closely with Sales and RevOps
- Comfortable collaborating with Product on lead-capture tools and in-product activation
- Fluent in Spanish and English
**Nice to have:**
- Italian or German language skills to support multilingual landing pages
- Experience with PLG (product-led growth) motions, free tools, or interactive lead magnets
- Experience running review and advocacy programs (G2, Capterra, etc.)
