ixigo, India's leading online travel agency (OTA) serving over 54 crore annual active users, is seeking a Growth Executive to drive user acquisition and engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
You will own the end-to-end strategy for personalized customer communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications. Your responsibilities include developing omni-channel marketing strategies, configuring platform and partner discounts/vouchers, managing promotional banners across apps and websites, and launching targeted campaigns to drive bookings and revenue growth.
You'll work cross-functionally with design, content, ad operations, and automation teams to execute campaigns at scale. You'll use data and A/B testing to continuously optimize targeting, content, and engagement metrics. You'll also identify and integrate new marketing automation tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance.
Additionally, you'll support weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email, SMS, push, and site content performance, analyzing results to identify opportunities for increased engagement and revenue. You'll be responsible for data security and reporting any suspected security incidents in line with company ISMS policies.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced startup environment where you'll drive measurable impact on user acquisition and retention.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years of experience in omni-channel marketing management
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage) with in-depth knowledge of email, push, SMS, and WhatsApp channels
- Strong understanding of mobile apps and user behavior on smartphones/internet
- Proficiency with Photoshop or basic image editing tools
- Prior CRM and CLM tool experience (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in an informal startup environment with hands-on management approach
- High energy, detail-oriented mindset, and commitment to driving team goals
- Excellent people skills and awareness of tech/mar-tech/apps/startup trends
