Backed by €3M+ from leading Nordic investors, Visoid is scaling its team to expand its product-led growth strategy.
As Growth Engineer, you'll be one of the first members of the Growth team, working closely with the Growth Manager, Product, and Commercial teams. Your mission is to turn growth ideas into working solutions across the entire user journey—from acquisition and onboarding through conversion, retention, and referral.
Key responsibilities include: building across the funnel to improve acquisition, signup, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, and referral; designing, building, launching, and evaluating frequent growth experiments; identifying friction points and shipping solutions that help users reach value faster; implementing tracking, analytics, attribution, feature flags, and experimentation infrastructure; developing landing pages, onboarding flows, referral programs, and in-product loops; building integrations with analytics, CRM, payment, marketing, and communication tools; leveraging AI-assisted and agentic tools to prototype and test efficiently; and taking ideas from problem definition through production and iteration with full ownership.
You should be a creative individual with a commercial mindset, obsessed with user success. Ideal candidates are self-motivated team players with startup mentality, able to independently prioritize when resources are limited. You communicate well with users, apply insights into concrete improvements, and have a "doer" mentality focused on speed and execution.
Minimum requirements: bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field; 3+ years professional experience in software, product, or growth engineering; proven track record building and shipping user-facing web applications; strong frontend skills with API, backend, and database experience; experience with analytics, event tracking, integrations, or experimentation; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; and experience with agentic development tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar).
Optional but valued: SaaS startup or product-led growth experience; built onboarding, referral, invitation, monetization, or experimentation flows; familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or PostHog; shipped experiments that significantly improved activation, conversion, retention, or revenue.
