NationGraph is building the data and intelligence layer for the public sector, turning fragmented government information across 110,000+ state and local agencies into structured, actionable intelligence for businesses selling to government. You'll own the technical systems behind acquisition, experimentation, analytics, and go-to-market automation. This is a role at the intersection of engineering and growth, where you'll take ideas from hypothesis through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration. Your work will span both backend infrastructure and customer-facing experiences. Key responsibilities: • Scale automated SDR infrastructure: own systems for prospecting, enrichment, AI research, personalization, lead qualification, routing, and CRM sync. Monitor performance and improve outreach quality as you scale. • Develop agentic news and content pipelines: iterate on agents and workflows powering content distribution, experiment with formats and channels, and measure what creates qualified demand. • Own growth measurement: manage PostHog, GA4, Google Search Console, and the broader analytics stack including instrumentation, funnels, attribution, and conversion analytics. Connect website activity, campaigns, and CRM data so teams understand what generates pipeline. • Ship website experiments: build landing pages, A/B tests, and personalized experiences with close attention to UX, copy, and performance. • Connect Growth and Sales: build lead routing, enrichment, lifecycle tracking, and workflow automation to reduce manual handoffs and keep data consistent across tools. • Build growth infrastructure: own APIs, data pipelines, dashboards, and agent infrastructure supporting these systems. Make experiments reliable and repeatable with proper monitoring. You'll work with Python, TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and LLM APIs. The engineering stack includes Go, and you'll help shape its evolution. REQUIREMENTS: • Strong engineer capable of independently shipping and maintaining production-quality software • Strong in Python and TypeScript; comfortable with APIs, databases, webhooks, SQL, and third-party integrations • Experience building with LLM APIs and turning AI workflows into dependable systems • Understanding of analytics, experimentation, funnels, and attribution; ability to use data to inform what to build • Strong product judgment and high standards for UX, copy, and presentation • Ability to move quickly, make sensible tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous problems into useful solutions • Focus on business outcomes and follow-through after launch • Natural thinking about scaling successful growth motions into systems Background in growth engineering, full-stack product engineering, marketing technology, revenue systems, or AI automation is particularly valued but not required.
