Build is an AI company creating an agentic AI stack for institutional real estate, automating complex development and acquisitions workflows 90% faster than humans. The company partners with major alternative asset investors, prolific developers, and governments to accelerate built-world projects—digital infrastructure, energy, industrial—from concept to completion. As a Growth Engineer, you will own top-line growth metrics and drive revenue acceleration across the business. Your core accountability is identifying and eliminating structural bottlenecks, frictions, and failure points that constrain growth. You will design and execute solutions to unblock growth regardless of function or ownership, working across product, sales, partnerships, and operations to force alignment on growth outcomes. Key responsibilities include: - Owning top-line growth metrics as the primary success signal - Identifying structural bottlenecks and failure points limiting growth - Designing and executing cross-functional solutions to unblock growth - Reverse-engineering ambitious revenue outcomes into focused, high-leverage actions - Exploiting asymmetric opportunities where small inputs generate outsized impact - Building repeatable mechanisms that convert effort into revenue more efficiently - Surfacing uncomfortable truths about what is and is not driving growth - Acting as an internal pressure system keeping Build oriented toward scale and commercial reality Build seeks someone junior with ambition and something to prove—ideally someone who wants to found after making it big here.
