Unframe is an AI-first startup helping Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to accelerate enterprise AI adoption. As Group Product Manager for Product Solutions, you will lead a team of Product Managers owning a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions built on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where you operate as an end-to-end product leader, shaping 0→1 opportunities from initial customer discovery through deployed production systems. Key responsibilities include: leading a PM team on complex, high-impact AI solutions; working directly with enterprise customers to identify high-ROI problems and define success metrics before building; driving delivery from early stages to production while making critical trade-off decisions; owning a portfolio of solutions across multiple customer engagements; supporting PMs in day-to-day execution, prioritization, and unblocking; balancing speed with long-term quality and reuse; identifying patterns across solutions to drive productization; and mentoring PMs to develop their product judgment in ambiguous environments. You'll work closely with founders, engineering, AI, GTM, and customers in a true 0→1 environment. The role requires navigating competing customer needs, complex systems, and enterprise constraints while maintaining both execution velocity and product rigor. Required: 7+ years of product management experience including 2+ years leading Product Managers in high-growth or complex environments. You must have proven experience with enterprise customers, complex systems, and shipping products from concept to real-world impact. Strong cross-functional leadership, communication skills, and ability to operate in ambiguity are essential.
