Unframe is an AI-first startup helping enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications rapidly. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, the company combines product-company speed with consultancy flexibility to move customers from idea to deployed AI systems faster than competitors.
As Group Product Manager, you will lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a high-ambiguity, fast-paced role where you'll work directly with Fortune 500 customers to deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of Product Managers on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers
- Work closely with customers to identify the problem with the clearest ROI and define success metrics before building
- Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined
- Drive delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope
- Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements
- Support PMs in day-to-day solution management: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock obstacles
- Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking
- Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team
- Mentor and develop PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
This is a true 0→1 environment where you'll ship AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. You'll have real ownership from day one: shaping direction, making product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments
- Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required)
- Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production
- Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers
