Portfolio Execution & Delivery: Partner with Design, Engineering, QA, and other functions to drive smooth, predictable delivery. Establish and refine planning, development, and release rhythms. Coordinate release management processes. Identify and remove delivery bottlenecks; strengthen feedback loops.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Alignment: Act as primary point of contact for Customer Success, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Collect and synthesize input from go-to-market teams.
