DailyPay is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a team of 1-2 product managers across multiple squads. This is a people-management role focused on developing PM talent, setting product delivery standards, and translating product-line strategy into squad-level execution. Key responsibilities include: - Managing 1-2 PMs, accountable for their performance, development, and retention - Owning hiring and onboarding for the PM group, including defining roles and running recruitment processes - Setting product delivery and quality standards across the group with clear expectations at each career level - Translating product-line strategy into squad-level goals and ensuring alignment across PM teams - Partnering with engineering directors and design managers to align resourcing and delivery - Identifying talent gaps and building development plans for PMs at multiple career stages - Driving a culture of data-driven decision-making, user empathy, and continuous improvement - Reporting product group health, risks, and progress to Product Leadership Required qualifications: - 9+ years of PM experience including 2+ years managing a group or team of PMs - Demonstrated track record of developing PM talent across multiple career stages - Strong organizational leadership skills with ability to set standards across a multi-squad PM team - Experience driving alignment between product strategy and team-level execution at scale - Executive communication skills with ability to influence VP-level stakeholders - Deep knowledge in the card space, fintech, or payments DailyPay is the leader in On-Demand Pay, serving over 1,900 employers and 6 million employees.
