Salary: USD 125,000 - 295,000 / annual

Grey, part of WPP, is seeking a Group Creative Director for their Health practice in New York. This is a leadership role responsible for managing the overall creative direction of health-focused brands and driving creative strategy for a team. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project direction and present strategic and creative direction clearly to team and clients - Lead development and execution of creative content rooted in insights for various clients, with responsibility for overall creative output - Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agency leadership, and cross-functional teams - Participate in new business pitches and represent creative capabilities - Provide creative leadership by setting high creative standards for teams - Attract, recruit, and retain top creative talent to grow agency capabilities - Address performance issues directly and in a timely manner, partnering with Executive Creative Director and HR as needed - Train and supervise team members, overseeing their creative efforts to ensure alignment with strategy, schedule, and creative standards - Work hands-on during all phases of projects from concept to execution - Reports to the Executive Creative Director or Chief Creative Officer The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can grow young talent, inspire teams, foster healthy work culture, and inject innovative thinking into every assignment.
