Precision AQ is a leading payer marketing agency partnering with global pharmaceutical and life sciences companies to demonstrate the economic, clinical, and societal value of innovative medical treatments. We are seeking a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio and manage a team of account professionals. In this role, you will serve as the primary client lead for assigned accounts, managing relationships with pharmaceutical clients and internal cross-functional teams. You will develop client agendas, presentations, and project briefs while maintaining business opportunities and identifying organic growth within accounts. Key responsibilities include: Client Management: Assume primary lead upon client acceptance, maintain and grow existing client relationships, develop presentations and agendas, lead calls with clients and subject matter experts, and provide regular status updates. Project Management: Direct support teams on all project aspects, utilize internal templates and budget tools, and collaborate on project plans, objectives, milestones, and deliverables. Leadership & Mentorship: Function as an internal team leader, mentor Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, conduct performance reviews, set goals for direct reports, and teach junior team members financial reporting and project management skills. You will have potential for direct management and supervision of colleagues depending on team size. Business Development: Work with leadership to identify market opportunities and drive organic growth within assigned accounts. Finance: Develop proposals and budgets, collaborate across teams to ensure accurate proposal development and hour capture, monitor budgets including labor and direct costs, and provide periodic budget status updates to clients. Additional responsibilities include adhering to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines, maintaining quality control standards, attending cross-functional meetings, and contributing strategic ideas for assigned accounts. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field; minimum 3 years in an account role within a pharmaceutical or medical communications company; daily client-facing experience; medical, legal, and regulatory review experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; and ability to travel 10-15% as needed.
