Precision AQ is a leading payer marketing agency specializing in pharmaceutical and life sciences communications. The Group Account Supervisor role is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing pharmaceutical/biotech client relationships and leading internal account teams. Key responsibilities include: Client Management: Serve as primary lead for assigned pharmaceutical clients, managing business opportunities and relationships. Develop client agendas, presentations, and project briefs. Lead calls with clients, faculty, and content experts to align on strategy and deliverables. Provide regular status updates and maintain communication on project progress. Project Management: Direct support teams on all project aspects to meet or exceed client expectations. Manage projects using internal templates, briefs, and budget tools. Collaborate on project plans, objectives, milestones, and deliverables with cross-functional teams. Leadership & Mentoring: Function as internal team leader, mentoring Associate Account Executives, Account Executives, and Senior Account Executives. Conduct performance reviews, develop team members, and set goals. Supervise direct reports as applicable. Train junior staff on client agendas, project status reporting, financial reports, and contact management. Business Development: Partner with Client Services leadership to identify market opportunities and organic growth within assigned accounts. Contribute strategic ideas for tactical planning. Financial Management: Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations. Collaborate across teams (Traffic, Production, Creative, Clinical, Meeting Services) to ensure accurate proposal development and hour capture. Monitor budgets including direct costs, labor, fees, and expenses. Provide periodic budget updates to clients. Compliance & Quality: Adhere to PhRMA, FDA, OIG, and ACCME guidelines. Ensure highest quality standards for client materials and develop best practices protocols. Demonstrate ownership of agency procedures and workflow. Travel: 10-15% travel required based on client needs. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years in an account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company. Daily client-facing experience and medical/legal/regulatory review experience required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Competencies include leadership, results orientation, detail orientation, customer focus, flexibility, forward thinking, and relationship building.
